What is the fastest free video converter for ipod that has no watermark?

I just want to find a ipod video converter that is fast without the watermark. The one that i have takes a really looong time to convert one video.
I used to use cucusoft to convert my videos but the water mark got annoying. And right now im using jodix and the videora but they are really slow on my computer.

EDIT: Well, it depends on the size of the video, the quality, bit rate, etc..I find that SUPER works relatively fast. Maybe you should give it a try:
